After taking a look at the name plates on the podium in the 7th photo, I think I've recognized a few people.

George Whelan Anderson, Jr.(first from right in the front row) Flag Officer of Task Force 77
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/George_Whelan_Anderson,_Jr.

Karl L. Rankin (third from right in the front row) U.S. Ambassador to Taiwan

Yu, Bo-Chuan余伯泉(first from right in the second row) Deputy Chief of General Staff of ROC

Since Rankin left Taiwan in Dec 1957 and there are 48 stars only on the U.S. national flag, I believe the photos were taken in the 1950s.

Victor,

You can see VADM Doyle (USTDC Commander Jul 1957 to Jul 1958), hence this photo must have been taken between Jul 1957 and Dec 1957.

I think the person second from left in the front row in the 7th photo is Wang, Shu-Ming王叔銘, Chief of General Staff of ROC, July 1 1957-June 30 1959.

In the Seventh photo, there's a Chinese navy general who's totally hidden by the American navy general standing first from the right in the front row. The name plaque of this Chinese navy general says 「馬副部長」(Deputy Minister Ma)。

This invisible navy general is Ma Ji Drong (馬紀壯)who was Deputy Minister of Defense Department from August 21 1955
to January 31 1959.
