More Typhoon Gloria Photos from 1963

A couple of years ago, Bill Amborn (formerly at USTDC/J24) sent me some photos that he took of Typhoon Gloria flooding in 1963.  Today he sent me a few more great Typhoon Gloria photos that he recently had developed from some old negatives.  He has annotated each of them for your information.

Oh yes I've seen some of these before. the second photo when enlarged show cars on what we called Canal Road and the canal behind it which was normally not much more than a diech looks like a big river. the third photo is my firends car Francis (Zip) Zimmerman. PH2 who had arrived only about a week before and he asked where he should park his car. we told him the compound was good, vecause it never flooded. the photo of the man wading past the photo lab is I believe one of the chinese maintainence men.
