George, this edition of Taiwan Reports was published by USTDC during fiscal year 1973 (sometime between 1 Oct 73 and 30 Sep 74), so the information would have been compiled or updated just prior to then.
I kept a box of these in the personnel shop at TDC when I was there during 1973-1974, but it never occurred to me that I'd be interested in its contents 35 years later
Les Duffin held on to a copy of the booklet and has scanned all of the pages that I've posted here. As time permits, he plans to scan more pages and of course I'll post those as well.
