Keelung?

More early 1960s photos from Sarj Bloom. As always, you can click on any of them to see a larger version.
I believe these photos were taken at Keelung. In the first photo there is a strange looking piece of a mountain (on the left and it looks like a loaf of bread). If this isn't Keelung then that feature will surely tell where it is.
